Nikola Stojanović, 28, is an award-winning film director and editor. He graduated as the top student in Film Directing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. In 2019, his first short film Dog Days of Summer was screened at over 40 film festivals and won around ten awards, including Best Short Film at the Belgrade documentary and short film festival ).

The same year, his second project Sherbet won the prize for best student film at the 25th edition of the Sarajevo Film Festival.

In 2020, the director is part of the Berlinale Talents selection in Sarajevo.
