Baraba Peikert, a Swiss filmmaker and visual artist, is involved in various projects ranging from experimental to poetic and sonic films.

She began creating experimental films at French universities, earning a master's degree in visual arts and Aesthetics from Paris 1 and Paris 8, and studying light design and sound engineering at Sapienza University of Rome in Italy.

Her film WavesWaterWall was awarded at the Culver City Film Festival in 2022 and the Marina del Rey Film Festival in 2023, where her films Snowshine and AF_SO_MONT_NB had already received recognition.

During the coronavirus pandemic, she produced the animated short film MI DI WORM No. 10 and the music video PERIPLANETA.
