Olia Verriopoulou

Born in Athens, Olia Verriopoulou lives and works in Paris. She studied cinema and anthropology. For the past ten years, Olia has worked for film festivals (Cinéma du réel, Les Écrans Documentaires, Champs-Élysées Film Festival, Institut Français de Grèce, La Cinémathèque de Grèce, Oxbelly…). In parallel, she is developing her short film projects. Sacralisons is her first experimental film. She is currently preparing the short fiction film La première image.
