Cracolice, a village on the Tyrrhenian Sea, is sadly known for an event that occurred in the early 90s, never denied or confirmed: following the arrival of the famous “toxic boats”, young people suddenly stopped growing up, remaining teenagers forever.

Fascinated by science fiction, adult animation and Japanese films, Fabio Serpa (1991) made his first Mini-DV films at the age of fifteen. After graduating from the Rome Film Academy, he directed his first short film El Duelo Weird! (2016), selected in more than thirty festivals. He is currently working on his first 2D animation film, Preview.
