Born in Milan (1992), Tommaso Santambrogio is a film director, writer, photographer and video artist. He studied in Milan, London, Paris, Havana and at the national film school Le Centro sperimentale di cinematografia. He collaborates with famous directors such as Werner Herzog, under whose supervision he shoots the short film Escena Final (2018) in Peru, presented in many festivals as well as Pupi Avati and Lav Diaz for his latest short film Los Océanos Son Los Verdaderos Continents, presented at the Critics’ Week of the Venice Film Festival in 2019.
