Synopsis :
This diptych is Gianfranco Brebbia’s declaration of love to his hometown, Varese. The first part, entitled “Improvvisazioni sulla mia città,” features images of Lake Varese, mountain panoramas, and the author’s autoritratti, using colored filters to create a dreamlike atmosphere. The second part focuses on iconic locations such as the Giardini Estensi, the fountain and train of Villa Mirabello, and Lake Varese, capturing the essence of the city through a personal and experimental lens.
